Terms, privacy, cookies & refunds.

idmly is operated by Nomadic Social CC, registered in South Africa (“we”, “us”). Questions about any of this: support@idmly.com.

Terms of Service

Effective 10 June 2026

idmly converts design HTML files into editable Adobe InDesign (.idml) documents. By using idmly.com or the conversion service you agree to these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Privacy Policy

Effective 10 June 2026

We collect as little as the product needs, and this page lists all of it.

Your rights

Under POPIA (and, where it applies, the GDPR) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing: support@idmly.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

Effective 17 June 2026

idmly.com loads no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising pixels in your browser. We set one first-party cookie (idmly_ab) that simply remembers which version of the page you saw, so it stays the same on return visits — it identifies no one and is never shared. The only other things stored in your browser are functional: your license key and activation id after a purchase (so the converter remembers you) and, if you arrived from one of our ads, that ad’s click id, used once to measure the ad (see Advertising measurement). Clearing your browser data removes all of it. We also keep an anonymous, aggregate count of conversions on our own server — it identifies no one.
