A conversion came back wrong

The fastest route is the Report a bad convert button in the converter, or the report page directly. It sends me the .html design that broke, with an optional note. I open it in InDesign, find the cause and fix the engine. A report with the file attached gets fixed. A report from memory gets a question back.

If you would rather email, attach the .html and say which page and what looked wrong: fonts, layout, a chart, a missing image. Your InDesign version helps too. A file you send is used only to reproduce the problem and is deleted once the fix ships.

If a licensed conversion did not give you a usable, editable file, email within 14 days of purchase with the design file and you get a fix or a refund. Refund terms.

License, payment and refunds

Your license key arrives by email from Creem, the merchant of record, right after purchase. If it has not shown up, check spam first, then email with the address you paid with and I will resend it. Approved refunds go back through Creem to your original payment method. idmly never sees your card details.

Teams, volume and the API

The $49 license covers one person across the website, the MCP server and the REST endpoint. Team seats, batch volumes, contracts and invoicing are priced by arrangement: send your expected monthly volume and you get a quote. Use the form on the API page or email with the subject "idmly for a team".

Partners

The partner program pays 30% of every referred sale, with 60-day attribution, paid out by Creem. Join here. There is no approval step and nothing to ask me for, though I am happy to hear who you are.

Security

There is no paid bug-bounty program, but responsible disclosure is welcome and researchers who report a real issue with clear repro steps get credit. The security contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Privacy requests

Under POPIA and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what personal information idmly holds about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Same inbox. The full privacy policy lists everything that is collected, which is not much.
